Job Description
We are the pioneer and key player in the pay-tv business in China where we have acquired over seven (7) million subscribers. We currently seek to employ a suitably qualified candidate to fill this vacancy in our Lagos office.
Job Summary:
The successful candidate will be responsible for software training, decoder scanning, branch networking and technical support.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for system maintenance and network construction and shaping
Responsible for Training of Business Halls and dealers on system operation-recharging card, saving the payment in advance, the smart card activation, customer information inquiry.
Responsible for Faulty decoder testing and confirmation from business halls and dealers
Responsible for office and B.H. area network & computer system maintenance and installation
Responsible to Technical support and hard problem processing
Qualification and Requirements
HND/ B.Sc Degree in Computer Science Electrical Electronics or other related humanities
At least 3- 5 years sales experiences in the related industry
Computer and network system knowledge, good knowledge of software payment system
Must have a high level of initiative and drive;
Excellent analytical and Problem solving skills
High implementation capability
Time management skills
Must be an excellent user of computer and network system
The capability of repairing electrical equipment and generator is preferred
